Updates

• Addition of Settings to the sync explorer view - previously these were only committed to Git.
• Addition of skipped objects to file explorer.
• New sync status value of skipped to represent objects which were not in scope

• Branch naming for scheduled syncs
• Sync job PR failures due to race conditions
• Time delta in sync explorer for first sync entry - defaults to 'setup'
• Account setup base branch - will always use initial commit
